[BLE Command] This class is used to create and object to be called when you write the selectedPalette characteristic.

this characteristic is deprecated This characteristic used to be used to change between different preset palettes hardcoded, but this characteristic is deprecated because it is possible we delete the hardcoded palettes.

**range: ** "0" to "15" to select a preset palette. "16" to select the custom palette.
