Implementation of the Join module class.

The Join class accumulates the output of various modules.

Template Parameters
InputDataTypeType of the input data (arma::colvec, arma::mat, arma::sp_mat or arma::cube).
OutputDataTypeType of the output data (arma::colvec, arma::mat, arma::sp_mat or arma::cube).
